Production process of coconut fiber shading
Coconut harvesting: Select old coconuts to separate the shell.
Separating coconut fiber: Coconut shells are put into the machine, separating the fiber and coconut peat. The fiber is then spun into small ropes.
Weaving the net: AN TIEN PHONG workers weave the rope into a net according to the customer's required size, adding metal hooks or coconut fiber hooks for easy hanging.
Packaging & shipping: The net is rolled up neatly, covered with protective film, ensuring it is clean and intact when delivered to the customer.
